I check my local weather page several times a day like I am some sicko. I am always worried about driving conditions. I also thought that I would start my running outdoors tomorrow but man � forget it! Looks like I will be in the indoor 11-laps-to-a-mile track. Man, I�ll have one leg the size of a redwood after I�m done if I�m not careful to switch directions. Mid-February in Michigan is undoubtedly the most challenging time for fitness upkeep. Really, I would rather be sucking on a soggy White Castle bun than leaving my house. I know some people find weather talk rather trite. Well, those anti-weather-chit-chat people don�t live in Michigan where the weather affects your mobility, your mood and your soul essence.
